1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Color Hunt ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Fenix Games ("we", "our", or "us").

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Game on your personal mobile device
• Use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

3. User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game or its systems
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers connected to the Game
• Create or distribute unauthorized copies of the Game

4. Virtual Currency

The Game includes virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through gameplay:

• Coins are earned by completing levels, achievements, and daily rewards
• Coins can be used within the Game to unlock themes and boosters
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Coins are stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game is owned by Fenix Games or its licensors:

• Game graphics, design, and visual elements
• Sound effects and music
• Game mechanics and code
• "Color Hunt" name and logo

You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

6. Google Play Games Services

If you choose to use Google Play Games Services features:

• Leaderboard scores are submitted to Google Play Games
• Your display name may be visible to other players
• You must comply with Google Play Games Terms of Service

Use of Google Play Games Services is optional and not required to play the Game.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for any data loss due to device issues or uninstallation
• Game features and content may change at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (which is $0 for the free version)

9. Changes to the Game

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time
• Add or remove features without prior notice
• Reset leaderboards or game statistics if necessary

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
